Once payment is cleared, your item will be shipped promptly.

Delivery times may vary depending on your country's distance and transportation, but we strive to ensure that your item arrives within 15-45 business days.

We understand that you want your item to arrive as soon as possible, and we do too! That's why we'll upload a tracking number for you to track your package's progress.

You can rest assured that your item is on its way and will arrive in a timely manner.

 

Refunds and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your COMFYLUXE products.

If you're not satisfied, you can return your unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving it for a refund. Note that you'll need to pay for shipping.After we receive your return, we'll refund your money (excluding shipping costs).

If your package hasn't arrived, please contact us instead of opening a dispute. We'll help you search for it. If it's lost in transit, we'll resend it or give you a full refund.

If products are broken in transit, please contact us within 7 days and provide a photo or video. We'll resend or refund the damaged part.

Please note that we don't accept returns due to color differences caused by different monitors.
